Report it before leaving the airport at the baggage service desk, where we'll open a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with a file reference. Most delayed bags are traced quickly, placed on the next flight, and couriered to your home or hotel free of charge — so there's no need to return to the airport. You can also start a trace and track the status in chat.
It depends on your fare: Light has no checked bag (cabin only in Europe), Go includes one 23kg bag, Plus two 23kg bags, and Business two 32kg bags. Silver, Gold and Diamond members get extra free bags, even on Light. Adding bags in advance through My Trips is cheaper than at the airport.
If we cancel your flight, you can choose a full refund or rebooking onto the next available flight, plus care and assistance while you wait. Cash compensation may also apply depending on distance and notice, unless the cause was extraordinary (such as severe weather). Our team handles the rebooking for you.
Membership is free, with four tiers — Member, Silver, Gold and Diamond — earned through flying activity. Add your membership number to any booking to earn points on our flights and partner airlines, then spend them on flights, upgrades and extra baggage. Forgotten to add it? You can claim missing points after travel.
ETIAS is a visa-waiver authorisation for short stays in participating European countries. Travellers from visa-exempt countries apply online for a small fee before travelling, and most approvals are quick. Check the official EU ETIAS information for the current start date and rules, and make sure your passport meets the validity requirements for your destination.
