Amendment fees depend on how far you are from departure and the airline or supplier's terms. Most changes made more than 12 weeks before travel incur a £35 admin fee plus any difference in price. Within 12 weeks, supplier charges may apply. Our team will always confirm the exact cost before any change is made.
Visa requirements depend on your destination, nationality and length of stay. For UK passport holders, popular destinations like the USA (ESTA), Australia (eVisitor) and India (e-Visa) require online applications. We provide a destination-specific visa guide in your booking pack and can walk you through the application.
If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you're entitled to either a full refund or a rebooking on the next available flight. Under UK law (UK261), you may also be entitled to compensation depending on the cause. Call our 24/7 line and a duty advisor will handle the rebooking and any claim on your behalf.
Yes — Albion Voyages is ATOL holder no. 4827. ATOL protects the money you pay us for any package holiday that includes flights. If we cease trading, your money is refunded or, if you're already abroad, you're brought home at no extra cost. Your ATOL certificate is issued at the point of booking.
Absolutely. You can add transfers, car hire, excursions, lounge access and travel insurance at any time up to 48 hours before departure via My Booking or by chatting with one of our advisors. Travel insurance is best taken out at the time of booking to cover cancellation cover from day one.
